From the moment I walked in, he treated me like a VIP—professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure I got exactly what I needed. He handled everything like he owned the company, going above and beyond to ensure I had the best experience possible. Most people just do their job, but Chris takes it to another level. He made sure every detail was taken care of, explained everything clearly, and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary stuff—just honest, top-notch service. If every AT&T location had a Chris Muñoz, this company would be unstoppable! If you need anything AT&T-related, do yourself a favor and ask for Chris. You won’t be disappointed!
Edgar was awesome. He truly took the time to help me when I was having major issues with my phone even after I spent two hours at the genius bar at the Apple Store and couldn’t get it fixed. He was fabulous. He was so patient, he helped me my husband, my daughter, and got us all squared away and really has excellent customer service. I can’t thank him enough for all his help. I highly recommend him!!!

Jose was very helpful and patient when explaining the options for me to choose from, for cell phone service. He also reviewed my current home internet plan with me. After I chose the best option for me, Jose helped with the process of changing my cell phone services to AT&T as well as linking my accounts on the AT&T application on my phone.
This store is amazing. Edgar was able to help me with an ATT direct order, when ATT direct could not help me. After several hours he got my five lines to work. I would have dumped ATT if it wasn't for Edgar. It was so frustrating dealing with ATT customer service, but he made it all right. Forever grateful. For the several hours I spent at this store, the crew ran it smoothly.....no back ups seen while I was there, and sadly I took way too much of their time.
Sam was amazing this young man implores what customer service should be he made sure that I left your store with a phone in service he was compassionate he was empathetic and he was carrying these are all the things that customer service are made of I would strongly recommend AT&t and Sam as your guide he was amazing.
